Improving technological power & competitiveness of companies by alleviating a manpower shortage of SMEs and raising the employment rate with cultivating the manpower needed for SMEs in the region through local labor force and training demand / supply survey, which is led by the local industry and participated by local community such as Labor Union, Company, Government.

Manufacturing : Number of regular workers less than 500
Mining, transportation, construction, publishing, video, broadcasting, facility management, etc : 300 or less regular employees
