Outline

We are running " a cooperative management difficulties counseling center " to provide counseling and troubleshooting service to member companies for the improvement of unsatisfied service and feedbacks.

Purpose

It is established with an intention to effectively solve counseling matters for the member companies, to decrease dispersed efforts on counseling, and to process all difficulties related to cooperative actives in one-stop solution.

Method

Services will be provided both online and offline for an efficiency in counseling tasks and a convenience of member companies. The online counseling center is available at www.koami.or.kr. Once your inquiry is submitted, we will instantly respond to your inquiry. Offline counseling is free of charge through phone counseling in a responsive manner.

Consultation content

Majority of the counseling inquiries are proposal to the government, machinery PL and PL insurance, consultation about NEP and NET, technology development support, materials and parts industry promotion support, export and import / trades, domestic and international market investigation, FTA damage assessment, machinery insurance related matters, and other cooperative activities difficulties. We will be responding your inquiries at your side with our full commitment.
