Operate the Machinery Industry Skills Council (ISC) to support competency-based human resources development and build a delivery system for human resources development through development of National Competency Standards (NCS) reflecting the demands of the machinery industry, Work-Learning Parallelism Program, NCS Utilization Consulting, and NCS-based qualification development.
